Staff Accounts

Give each cashier their own passcode so sales show who rang them up. Cashiers get the full register but not Settings or Backup/Restore — only Admins can reach those.

Multi-Device Sync

Products, categories, customers, sales, and credit records sync automatically across every device signed in with this license. Everything still saves to this device first, so the till keeps working with no internet at all — sync just catches up once you're back online.

Appearance

Choose a light or dark screen, and an accent color and typeface for the whole app. Applies immediately on this device, including the login screen.

Color Theme

Tablet POS / Register Mode

For an iPad or tablet mounted at the counter. Turns this device into a dedicated checkout register: the sidebar and back-office screens hide, the sale screen fills the whole tablet with bigger touch buttons, and only your passcode can switch it back to the full admin view.

Loyalty Points

Registered customers earn points automatically on every sale, and a cashier can redeem their available points for a discount at checkout. Walk-in (unregistered) sales don't earn or redeem points.
